Our pastry range includes Danish Pastries, Raisin & Cinnamon Swirls, and Croissants. All are made from scratch by our experienced pastry bakers, using the finest quality flour, sheet butter, and ice cold water in our air conditioned preparation room, equipped with pastry table, freezers and refridgerators.
